What a gem of a place! Perfect location for exploring the New Forest. A few mins walk from Sway station, but secluded & quiet. You can hear occasional trains but it did not spoil the tranquility of the place at all. It's so very lovely & quiet. The house was spotlessly clean, modern, tastefully decorated & furnished. We had everything we needed. The only thing we didn't realise until we'd actually booked it is that there is camping there as well, but honestly, it's a small camping area & there were just a few tents and a couple of campervans & the camping site was as quite as anything at all times. Pubs are nice & easily walkable. Discount in the nearest pub for food, just a few minutes up the path. We sat on the varanda with a glass of wine when we came home and enjoyed the views and peacefullness. The beds are super comfortable too. The hosts Lynn and Mark are delightful and helpful. Be sure to purchase some goatsmilk soap from their little shop. We hope to return, its wonderful.
