Electric Pitches in the Paddock

Our campsite is open from 28th June to 30th August 2024.

We are a small, quiet, family farm set in a beautiful natural environment, we are only letting a maximum of 7 pitches pitches per day on the entire farm so you are coming to a very tranquil camping experience.  We invite guests who enjoy a natural camping style.  Regretfully we are unable to accept groups exceeding two units with a combined total of 4 adults and 4 children.  We have a quiet by 10pm policy so that everyone can enjoy the tranquility and sounds of the wildlife.  We have deer, badger and fox regularly visiting the farm and you will see and hear many species of birds including hawk, owl, red kite, buzzard and the occasional white tail eagle.

The pitches available in this field are hardstanding for Caravans, Motorhomes and Camper vans. 

The main shower/toilet area and chemical disposal point in the Paddock is accessible via 6 steps. 

Dogs are most welcome (maximum 2 per pitch), but must be kept on a lead at all times and not be left unattended in units.  Owners must clean up after their dogs and deposit waste in the bins.  A dog walk runs adjacent to the site.

The train that trundles past the site during the day (not all night) gives visitors a great car free break.  Dogs and bikes can be taken on the train giving good links to explore local forest / costal villages, larger towns such as Southampton and Bournemouth or even the Isle of wight with a great cycle track from Yarmouth to Freshwater.

The peaceful enjoyment of our farm and its surrounding natural habitat is very close to our hearts and is dependent upon the courtesy and consideration of all our visitors.  As a small quiet family farm we do not tolerate inconsiderate behaviour.  We ask that all light and noise pollution be kept to an absolute minimum between the hours of 10pm and 8am.

Standard Tent Pitch with electric (max 7 mtr x 4 mtr) This is a large grass pitch with electric hookup in The Paddock. It is suitable for tents and trailer tents with maximum dimensions of 7 metres x 4 metres. This pitch is suitable for a Caravan, Campervan or Motorhome with a maximum length of 7.5 metres. The Paddock offers close proximity to the site entrance, main toilets and shower, chemical/grey water disposal and two wash up areas.
