Our Cottages

Owl Barn and Buzzard View are modern, two bedroom light and airy barn conversions, sleeping 4 in a luxurious, comfy king size bedded room and a cosy twin bedroom.  Open plan living with a shower room.  The outside courtyard garden at the back is fully enclosed and private and the gated front terrace has lovely views over the farm.

Rushcroft Lodge - this is one bedroom and sleeps 2 in a double bedroom.  Large living dinning, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor.  A pretty enclosed garden and private parking area.

Rushcroft Shepherds Hut - In a lovely secluded area of the farm with elevated views.

The cottages are available for bookings throughout the year.

All our cottages have free wifi.

We accept dogs in Owl Barn and Buzzard View but not in The Lodge or Shepherds Hut.  Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and not be left unattended in the cottages.  Owners must clean up after their dogs and deposit waste in the bins.  A dog walk runs adjacent to the campsite and miles of walking on the beautiful open forest just a short stroll away through the village.

Jon

I visited the area with my elderly father for a family wedding nearby and Cottage no. 1 was just perfect for our needs The cottage was beautifully set up, spotlessly clean, and we particularly enjoyed the high ceilings, which give such a sense of space, the blue Spode Italian china (including proper cups and saucers and milk jug), the generous sun terrace with its overflowing exotic planters and its mediterranean blue walls, and the thoughtfully placed seating on the front porch, so you can catch some rays at any time of day.. Very comfortable all round - including the beds and fluffy white towels. The location, too, is perfect. You feel you are in the heart of rural Hampshire, opposite a field, with contented campers doing their relaxed thing in the middle distance, but you're just a short walk or very short drive from the village of Sway, which boasts two excellent pubs, with different styles and different cuisines, and two supermarkets that are open into the evening. Highly recommended! We will be back.
